I’m responsible for the Measurement Science Team in Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa and part of the APMEA Executive Committee.

In Measurement Science we are basically responsible for:
•	Driving Innovation as we develop new methodologies that can help clients better understand the market, make our product more efficient and improve our quality
•	We support our client service teams with complex requests from clients, queries, training, presenting innovation, results
•	We transform those client needs into technical specifications that we then implement together with our production hub in India
•	We monitor the quality of our service, ensuring the product is updated and in line with clients expectations

I’m directly leading 35 associates, and indirectly leading another 140 that work under my team’s direction. Most of the production hub is located in India while my team is spread through almost 20 countries providing support to the entire region

Major activities
•	I lead and implemented a global structure in our region, moving all our production to a Hub in India to ensure standardization while selecting the best talent to remain in the countries in order to drive innovation and raise the bar in client support 
•	I participated in the Nielsen Leadership Program 2011 where only 35 associates are selected worldwide on an annual basis to form part of a leadership training session in New York 
•	We are driving major methodological upgrades in our region that will ensure we keep improving quality and enhancing our services in the region

One Key area of responsibility for this position is to find best practices around the world with particular focus in Data Quality. Those alternatives are then discussed with the global team that is reporting to me in order to roll out new enhanced and standardized processes.
The other key area of responsibility is to develop, follow up and maintain Key Performance Indicators that allows the company to proactively detect potential defects in our processes or in our data.
