I wasn’t always like this.


Someone who is constantly plugged in with mobile, work, deadlines, and meetings. And always hustling. There was a time I could actually sit and do nothing. Even get bored. (Fun Fact: I used to get bored a lot.)

I still remember those long months before college when life was slow and damn boring. That boredom pushed me toward books. Siddhartha and The Alchemist, the two books that completely changed me and even sparked my love for reading. I never thought boredom could build a habit or shape a personality.

And then ‘Engineering’ happened. Honestly, I never wanted to be an engineer in the first place. I was just checking boxes, doing what everyone else was doing, hoping it would somehow make sense later.

It didn’t.

After engineering, again, same boredom, same emptiness, same “what am I even doing with life?” phase. 
This time boredom slowly turned into something depressing and sad that you can’t explain to anyone.

Then it pushed me inward and led me to marketing… and eventually to digital marketing. I started analyzing what I actually enjoyed, and that’s when marketing made sense.

Looking back, boredom was never the villain. It was the catalyst.

It slowed me down.
It made me look inward.
It nudged me toward purpose.

But today, boredom is almost extinct. 
Between doomscrolling and notifications, we barely give ourselves a moment to sit with our thoughts and explore the sides of ourselves we’ve ignored.

I was 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 in the purest sense- aggressive, hungry, and focused almost entirely on my output. And it worked... 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺.

Because the truth nobody tells you is that, 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗿.

Because 𝟭𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 > 𝟭 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲.

Building that alignment is the invisible part of leadership most people never see.

My role was predominantly focused on working closely with our global regional field marketers and driving our online campaigns (be it digital, webinars, working with publishers, content syndication etc.) for the UK and MEA regions.

APE helps companies with employee engagement, team building, new manager and new employee programs, goal setting, company corporate culture, selling attitude and the customer comes first mindset.

APE uses an interactive approach uses innovative drama techniques and simulation to produce highly experiential solutions that are relevant and focused. APE works with the HR department of companies and ensures that programs are readily retained and successfully applied. 

APE also includes voice-over services and digital marketing services.

One of his key assignments included setting up a sales ops for an India-based firm in the United Kingdom and developing a very successful B2B Ecommerce portal. This was worth a $1 million in it's first year of operation.
