1. DEMAND STRUCTURE: moving to interconnected demand systems rather than channel or campaign based. 

→ a continuously shaped demand operation leaning on private + public signals
→increased efforts to produce first-party validated intent (sounds familiar)
→ sales, marketing, enablement and thought leaders operating within the same layer rather than orchestrating 'hand-offs' with signals flowing bi-directionally

2. WEBSITE STRUCTURE: early adoption of 'iceberg' style websites with two different experiences for users and agents. 

→100% custom user experience and landing pages OR simplified LLM UX for front end users 
→ Deep, structured inventories of content and resources designed for agent consumption

3. BRAND STRUCTURE:  brand evolves into a hive-mind system.

→ influence distributed across communities, thought leaders, feeds, influencers, events and owned properties  
→ brand not only associated with a company profile, but people & agents
