Dr. Gavriel Legynd, PhD is a 25 year Technology veteran who is the brain child behind Visioneer IT which specializes AI innovation , Technology, and Digital security. 
 
VisioneerIT’s flagship product, RepSec Management;  was born out of  Mr. Legynd’s 20 year background in cybersecurity where he witnessed the challenges that public sector and private industry face when integrating innovation with online security.
 
Dr. Legynd has held Technology positions Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Department of Commerce, HHS, ESRI and CACI just to name a few. 

Dr. Legynd has spoken at Inc5000, John Hopkins School of Business, National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Metropolitan College of New York Bronx and The Jewish Federation and featured in Hispanic Network Magazine and Baltimore Business Journal . He also is the Chair of the mentorship committee of the NGLCC TGNC Task force, and serves as a Business Mentor at the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association. He is also a trailblazing advocate for neurodiverse communities, marginalized communities and Jews of Color.

As a the current Founder & CEO of agoras health and Theory AI—I lead the development and launch of workflow automation, gamification, and other exciting products that speed up business needs and enhance user engagement for customers and stakeholders across diverse contexts and markets. With over 10 years of experience in product management and strategy, I design and deliver innovative solutions that address complex challenges in healthcare, education, and federal sectors. Working towards an MBA from Northwestern University— I hold multiple SCRUM certifications such as ScrumMaster (CSM),  Scrum Product Owner. (CSPO), and Advanced Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO).  I am proficient in data analysis, agile methodologies, and interoperability standards, such as FHIR.

I also advise, mentor, and support various initiatives and organizations that promote women and underrepresented  professionals in technology, through my involvement in  Women in Technology (WIT), and Black in AI. I am driven by curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to social justice, and I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others who share my vision and values.
