Dr. Gavriel Legynd, PhD is a 25 year Technology veteran who is the brain child behind Visioneer IT which specializes AI innovation , Technology, and Digital security. 
 
VisioneerIT’s flagship product, RepSec Management;  was born out of  Mr. Legynd’s 20 year background in cybersecurity where he witnessed the challenges that public sector and private industry face when integrating innovation with online security.
 
Dr. Legynd has held Technology positions Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Department of Commerce, HHS, ESRI and CACI just to name a few. 

Dr. Legynd has spoken at Inc5000, John Hopkins School of Business, National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Metropolitan College of New York Bronx and The Jewish Federation and featured in Hispanic Network Magazine and Baltimore Business Journal . He also is the Chair of the mentorship committee of the NGLCC TGNC Task force, and serves as a Business Mentor at the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association. He is also a trailblazing advocate for neurodiverse communities, marginalized communities and Jews of Color.

Provided direction and coaching for non-standard auto policy coverage issues and liability investigations.

Provided weekly coaching, feedback, and recognition based on daily file reviews. Behaviors around coverage, exposure recognition, liability, statements, injury fact gathering and resolution, and auto repair or total loss inspections were reviewed.

Created plans to resolve open injury claims. Re-assigned critical injury files to the large loss unit. Ensured Medicare compliance items were appropriately reported.

Completed weekly reviews of behaviors, diary management, and the team inventory of open claims. Implemented strategies based on the current results to meet the desired expectations.

Assisted with cost saving projects by verifying that company shipping and claim settlement processes were complaint and accurate with current DMV standards. 

Settled commercial total loss claims for a commercial vehicle pilot program for the department.

Processed titles for total loss vehicle claims according to Department of Insurance and Department of Motor Vehicle standards. 

Reviewed supporting title documents for multiple US regions including the Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, Northwest, California, and Texas.

Verified complex title documents including trustee documents, commercial/business titles,
deceased titles, and chain of ownership titles

Collaborated with DMV representatives and auto salvage vendors to ensure that our processes
met state guidelines.

Served as a mentor to assist with training new hires on how to be efficient
and successful.

Assisted with incoming calls and routed internal and external customers to the appropriate queues and phone lines.

Total Loss Expeditor - Auto Damage Salvage Specialist 

Throughout my career with Farmers Insurance and its subsidiary Bristol West Insurance, I was committed to excelling and helping those around me to do the same.  Often times, consumers don’t fully understand what insurance is or how it works. And that’s where my teams and I came in. My teams helped people through a challenging disruption in their lives. 

Through the training and coaching discussions that I implemented my teams have improved and excelled in key behaviors and performance indicators:  Inventory levels, repairable and total loss vehicle cycle times, bodily injury settlements, customer service, and phone behaviors.  I have been instrumental in organizational changes and improvements around hiring and retention, total loss and salvage vehicle  processes. My ideas implemented have led to many cost saving measures, compliance adherence, and time/efficiency gains for front line claims employees. The team members that have contributed and followed their development plans that I put in place have become successful peer mentors, progressed into more complex roles, and have made lateral moves to other departments to meet their development goals. 

I am passionate about doing the right thing for the right reasons, and I thrive in environments where creativity, teamwork, trust, and development are valued.
