Dr. Gavriel Legynd, PhD is a 25 year Technology veteran who is the brain child behind Visioneer IT which specializes AI innovation , Technology, and Digital security. 
 
VisioneerIT’s flagship product, RepSec Management;  was born out of  Mr. Legynd’s 20 year background in cybersecurity where he witnessed the challenges that public sector and private industry face when integrating innovation with online security.
 
Dr. Legynd has held Technology positions Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Department of Commerce, HHS, ESRI and CACI just to name a few. 

Dr. Legynd has spoken at Inc5000, John Hopkins School of Business, National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Metropolitan College of New York Bronx and The Jewish Federation and featured in Hispanic Network Magazine and Baltimore Business Journal . He also is the Chair of the mentorship committee of the NGLCC TGNC Task force, and serves as a Business Mentor at the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association. He is also a trailblazing advocate for neurodiverse communities, marginalized communities and Jews of Color.

OSF is a top channel partner of Salesforce. They were contracted to develop an e-commerce site that would utilize the Salesforce D2C module for their SmartHome consumer-facing business. 

I led a development team to implement the solution using two weeks of Scrum sprints, managed the client stakeholders (C-Level), implementation schedule, bugs, solution release, sprint demos, knowledge transfers, and the formal functional and technical documentation.

The project went live successfully and it's currently in operation.

• Direct and accountable the Document Management Solution group’s top digital transformation initiative that operationalized the digital customer document scanning workflow processes to drive efficiency and monetization
• Built from the ground-up a transformation solution for the Business Process Management (BPM) workflow using IBM/Lombardi TeamWorks for a new business line with a $100M annual revenue projection
• Direct and led the pilot release of the BPM application within the first 3 months of the engagement, providing the basis for senior executive’s decision to sign a multi-year, $5M IBM enterprise agreement
• Created the standard deployment procedures for BPM solution at imaging centers and customer facilities
• Led a $2M PCI Compliant solution that integrated a centralized Kofax Capture (high-speed digital scanning with OCR) infrastructure with a custom application, environments, user training, and operational readiness
• Led and direct the implementation of a Removable Media Encryption solution at all Imaging Centers to limit Iron Mountain’s risks exposure when transporting CD/DVD media to and from customer sites

Senior Project Manager (Contractor)

• Direct, led, and accountable for the delivery of a revolutionary $20M investment Airline Reservation and Ticketing System to power airline reservations, inventory control, seat availability, check-in, airport operations and departure control systems
• Led the roll out of hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology for the initiative which was a first for the organization
• Provide for implementation and continuous improvement of the Airlines Reservations portfolio
• Managed a team of 150 employees responsible for the Airline Reservation and Ticketing Systems product development (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Development Managers, QA, Infrastructure, IBM Consultants, Customer Representatives)
• Developed and manage program/project management plans specifying goals, strategy, staff, IBM consultants, customer, schedule, risks, change, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources
• Leads Business Relationship Management activities in developing and growing customer, partner and OEM relationships
• Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program
• Gather requisite information to create and balance the portfolio, make recommendations based on analysis, and report progress to all levels of upper management
• Direct and lead budget planning process for the portfolio including planning, cross team coordination, leadership approvals, overall communications, and reporting

Program Director - Airline Reservations Systems

•  Resurrected a failing project (in its 2nd year) within the first 4 months by quickly migrating 200+ hosted application customers to a new data center without a single rollback; migrated over 250TB of data between 2 data centers, 20 database instances at an average of 5 TB each and 200+ VPN lines
• Championed the business initiative to re-engineer legacy enterprise data retention application for Canadian customers to meet legal compliance requirements (Bill 75) with a team of 25 resources
• Built two new Data Centers resulting in retained revenue of over $24M

Citizens Bank

• Lead, direct, and accountable for the $4M upgrade and retirement of over 600 Windows NT 4 legacy servers to address FDIC audit compliance requirements
• Managed the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process to determine the contract time frame, budget,
implementation method, vendor selection and negotiated a cost savings of over $5OOK
• Initiated and managed the solution development of a web based “ServerTrack” application from inception through design, development, testing, and deployment to the production environment reducing server build-to-production times by 3 weeks
