Dr. Gavriel Legynd, PhD is a 25 year Technology veteran who is the brain child behind Visioneer IT which specializes AI innovation , Technology, and Digital security. 
 
VisioneerIT’s flagship product, RepSec Management;  was born out of  Mr. Legynd’s 20 year background in cybersecurity where he witnessed the challenges that public sector and private industry face when integrating innovation with online security.
 
Dr. Legynd has held Technology positions Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Department of Commerce, HHS, ESRI and CACI just to name a few. 

Dr. Legynd has spoken at Inc5000, John Hopkins School of Business, National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, Metropolitan College of New York Bronx and The Jewish Federation and featured in Hispanic Network Magazine and Baltimore Business Journal . He also is the Chair of the mentorship committee of the NGLCC TGNC Task force, and serves as a Business Mentor at the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association. He is also a trailblazing advocate for neurodiverse communities, marginalized communities and Jews of Color.

As part of the DCS Americas marketing team, I focus on winning work for Federal Agencies such as DHS (especially FEMA), and HHS.

- Leads large, complex, must win multidisciplinary pursuits from capture through to interview. 
- Leads and contributes to writing of proposal sections (cover letters, executive summaries, past performance sections, management approaches, and resumes/staffing sections). 
- Participates in Go/No-Go and capture strategies, and drives compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities, providing leadership and direction. 
- Is a reviewer on color reviews, applying in-depth institutional knowledge. 
- Supports and analyzes debriefs and gathering of client feedback to ensure and demonstrate continuous improvements.
- Oversees proposal and project filing on the Nat Gov secure server and Salesforce. Knows where to go for all recent submittals and project descriptions for their sector or client. Is familiar with the top IDIQs and top IDIQ managers and project managers for their client or sector. 
- Supports communications team to provide content for the website, brochures, and other digital media and thought leadership in collaboration with Client Account Managers (CAMs) or Market Sector Leaders (MSLs).
