I’ve led top brand campaigns w/ some of the coolest companies.
And right now, I’m deep in planning mode for what’s next.

A huge focus for me is spotting where trends actually start.
Then plugging campaigns into those moments.
Cutting in while people are still deciding.

Cause this messy middle (where Q’s repeat, opinions clash, community hangs) is where the real signal lives.

I use Reddit to:

- uncover golden audience insight from authentic convos
- activate audiences before they’ve made up their minds
- carry signal all the way through the funnel without losing trust

One example: I used Reddit Pro keyword tracking to spot a pattern forming across multiple communities. That signal showed up weeks before it appeared on other platforms.

We shaped the campaign around that language. Message landed immediately. Performance followed.

My 2026 system looks like this:
listen first → identify repeated intent → shape the narrative → then distribute.

The real edge now isn’t louder marketing. It’s understanding people earlier andddd meeting them while they’re already deciding.

how to prevent scaling the wrong ideas:

(despite what AI tells you!)

AI is making bad ideas scale faster than ever.
but the problem isn’t AI’s.
it’s us hitting publish too fast.

something sloppy, half-baked, or just wrong can now reach hundreds, thousands, even millions, before anyone notices.

so how do you avoid amplifying mistakes?

pressure-test your thinking first.

here’s how:
1. slow it down
don’t hit publish right after generating a post.
take a breath. review. reconsider.

2. read it out loud
does it sound like you?
does it convey what you actually mean?

3. flip perspectives
what would a critic say? 
what would someone outside your industry think?
(critics aren’t the end-all, but can be worthy of thought)

4. share with another human
even one person spotting a gap can save you a lot of trouble.

your job isn’t to make more content.
it’s to make better content.

slow down.
pressure-test.
then scale.

I’m revealing my 3 layer storytelling strategy:

AI can generate words, but it can’t automatically tell your story the way your brand does.

to get consistent, on-brand output, teach the model your narrative in 𝟯 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀:

𝟭. 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀
define the principles your brand stands for.

 • write 2-3 sentences describing your values.
 • prompt AI: “use these beliefs as the foundation for all messaging”
   example: “we believe marketing should build trust, not just clicks”

𝟮. 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀
collect stories, case studies, or examples that capture your voice.

 • list 3-5 recurring stories or wins.
 • prompt AI: “reference these examples to illustrate points naturally”
   example: “highlight how brands scale with AI while keeping human creativity central”

𝟯. 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲
document recurring phrases, terminology, and tone.

 • compile 5-10 phrases or words you always use.
 • prompt AI: “write content using this tone, language, and style consistently.”
   example: “always lowercase, concise, educational, with punchy takeaways”

𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲:

 1. feed all three layers to the model before generating content
 2. ask AI to produce the first draft
 3. review, tweak, and add new examples to refine outputs

the better you teach, the less editing you need.
and AI becomes a true storytelling partner.

everyone’s asking how to use AI for content in 2026.
but that’s not really the question.
the real advantage is knowing what AI can’t do.

AI can generate ideas but it can’t live the moment that led to them.

AI can summarize what happened but it can’t show the tension while it was happening.

AI can clean up copy but it can’t recreate the back-and-forth, the second guessing, the almost wrong call.

that gap is where the human opportunity is.
in 2026, the content that actually works will be more real.
really, truly, real.

what to share instead of generic AI content:
• the decision you went back and forth on
• the thing that didn’t work + why
• what surprised you this week
• how something actually got approved
• what you changed after seeing real results
• the part of the process you normally skip over
• your real personality and human-ness

so show the tradeoffs, constraints, the imperfect execution.
what makes us truly humans, all giving our best go at this.

bc people don’t trust you because you sound smart.
they trust you because they understand how you think.

AI will keep raising the baseline.
but ultimately humans still win on depth and being real.

They don’t.

AI search doesn’t show links.
It generates answers.
And the brands mentioned in those answers aren’t random.
They’re there because the model learned to associate them with that category.

LLMs don’t browse websites live.

-Retrieval sources (Bing, Reddit, brand knowledge bases)

AI can generate content fast.

But here’s how to actually make it good:

The simplest way to improve any output is to ask yourself:
“What does good look like?”
Then, feed that context to AI. 

Why this works:

-Sets a clear target for quality and tone
-Prevents generic, aimless outputs
-Aligns AI with your expectations before you start editing

How to use it:

1. Define success in 1-2 sentences
Example: “A concise, persuasive LinkedIn post for marketing leaders that drives demo sign-ups”

2. Include it in your prompt:
“Write a draft. Good looks like: [insert success definition]”

3. Review output against your definition
Iterate until it meets the standard.

The more in-depth you define “good,” the less back-and-forth needed, and the more AI actually multiplies your time and leverage.

There are workflows in your biz right now that no one can defend.

Nobody remembers why they exist.
Nobody knows who owns them.
Everyone just keeps doing them.

Because at some point, someone added a step to solve a short-term problem.
And then it became permanent.

The easiest way to find real operational lift is to map your process from end to end.

Then ask at every step:
Is this here for a reason, or just because it has always been here?

If the answer is silence, remove it.
If the step exists to make people feel comfortable, simplify it.
If the task repeats, automate it.

What We’ll Be Doing Differently In 2026

Your spreadsheet is lying to you.

It says the work is organized.
That everything is “up to date”.

But in reality, you’re still asking who owns what and why nothing has moved.

That was our actual ops setup for wayyy too long.
When I started running ops here, it was just a bunch of spreadsheets and manual handoffs/reminders. 
(Like actually pinging each person each time something was added to their tasks ha)

But there’s a better way.
Make the tech work for you, not the other way around.

I took our spreadsheet and dropped it into Glide (glideapps.com)
Now it’s a whole ops app. 
Everyone sees only what they own. 
Updates happen live. 
One source of truth (thank goodness)

It’s nothing fancy but it works for us and was so easy to get started.
Nobody had to learn new workflows or complicated tools.

Start with a spreadsheet, but end with something that actually moves the work forward.

Many think burnout comes from working too much.

But a lot of burnout actually comes from working in too many directions at once.

It’s not one big project that wears you down.
It’s the constant switching.
The ping-ponging between a million priorities, inboxes, and “quick questions”

Your brain never gets to stay anywhere long enough to create momentum.
Which is why the fix isn’t always time off.

It’s structure.

Clear ownership of who does what.
Clear handoff points.
Clear documentation so you’re not the default “fix it” person every time something breaks.

If you feel stretched thin, take a deeper look at the system you’re operating within.

Everyone is wondering how to grow on LinkedIn in 2026.

Many don’t like this honest answer I give:

Be super real. On purpose.

Behind the scenes wins here!
Messy moments, how decisions actually get made, the real day-by-day.

Your audience will connect w/ proof of humanity.

AI is everywhere right now, which means sounding impressive is no longer actually impressive.

(this is also hard when you have an English degree and your writing style naturally sounds like AI…)

But ultimately, if people can recognize your voice, values, perspective without seeing your name, you are winning.

That is how creators grow.
And how brands build trust.

The real difference between AI assistants and AI agents:

(How your team can unlock major growth here)

A lot of teams say they’re “using AI,” but they’re actually only using assistants.

AI Assistant:
-An assistant responds when you ask.
Y-ou give it instructions → it completes a task.
-It is reactive.

Examples:
“Summarize this call.”
“Write this email draft.”
“Turn these bullets into a post.”
You must initiate every action.

AI Agent:
-An agent acts on your behalf.
-You define a goal + rules → it monitors, decides, executes.
-It is autonomous within boundaries.

Examples:
-Watches inbound messages and responds
-Updates CRM when deals change stage
-Generates weekly reports without being asked
You do not have to remember to prompt it.

Why this matters:
Most business workflows are not single tasks.
They are loops:
Observe → interpret → decide → act → repeat

Assistants cannot run loops because loops require initiative.
Agents can run loops because they don’t wait for you to start them.

To move from assistant to agent, teams must define:
1. The job
2. What “good” looks like
3. The data sources it can use
4. Allowed decisions + boundaries
5. How feedback/improvements are handled

Once those are clear, the agent can run the workflow (not just speed it up).

1. Astronomer x Gwyneth Paltrow
We love how a deeply technical platform paired with a wellness/lifestyle persona.
This seemed to sell a feeling of calm, control, sophistication (no product demos here!)
Enterprise software that feels premium, and they nailed it.

2. Cava - Bowlmates
Bowlmates absolutely crushed it with building community + identity around their dating show.
So fun to watch + kept people coming back for more!
This creativity is exactly how you create loyalty in a world of endless options.

3. Lewis Capaldi x Aldi
Leaned into humor, self awareness, internet culture in a way that felt native to both the artist and the brand. 
Aldi didn’t just borrow Lewis Capaldi’s audience, they shared a joke with it. 
This is the difference between sponsorship and cultural relevance. take notes here!!

4. Yahoo - The Yahoo Agricultural Interface
“Touch grass without ever having to log off”
This April fool’s joke turned actual product was a modern revamp for a legacy internet brand
Such a fun, chaotic, tapped-in campaign that actually got people talking about Yahoo.

5. Abbi DiCenso × Lyft
This is what creator partnerships are supposed to look like!! 
The content felt like Abbi, not like an ad. Lyft didn’t try to force it. 
Hats off here to Abbi and Lyft both!!

Overall, it was a year of marketing that finally stopped trying to impress marketers and started trying to impress real people again.

And we are here for it!

Here’s to 2026 and what it will bring next.

Building a company in 2026? 

This matters!! 

The biggest advantage right now is not another tool, but is being in the right rooms.

Everyone is consuming the same online content.
Podcasts, AI summaries, similar LinkedIn posts.

Few people are sitting across the table from the people actually shaping what happens next.

IRL moments like this compress years of learning into a few hours.
They change how you think, what you notice,what you decide to build.
This is where your standards get upgraded.

And standards drive everything!!

Growth in 2026 is about proximity.
Rise to the rooms you are in.

The results are in!!

Here are the 5 AI companies that won in 2025:
(based on our humble opinions)

1. Nvidia 
(Enough said here, just a massive powerhouse overall)

2. Google
Gemini, Nano Banana, etc. grew leaps and bounds this year above other LLMs.
Effective AI integration into the entire Google Suite proved successful. 
Plus, this year will be huge as they avoid Nvidia GPU bubble w/ own TPUs.

3. Groq
Huge win with Nvidia buying them EOY 2025. Congrats to them!!
Also a powerhouse in the inference game.

4. Microsoft
THE AI powerhouse encompassing all areas of hardware, software, cloud, etc.
Copilot making waves, Azure making waves, acquirements making waves, excited to see what 2026 brings!
	
5. AMD
Compute only becoming ever-more key with each year.
Positioned perfectly to ride the wave / solve the issues on the horizon here.

Who else would you add to this list??

Everyone thinks operations is about control.

Checklists. SOPs. Order.

But the real skill in ops is noticing what no one else notices.

Teams get used to friction.
They normalize pain.
They build habits around inefficiency.

So the work isn’t adding more structure.
It’s observing the patterns underneath the daily chaos.

-Where are people waiting?
-Where are decisions getting stuck?
-Where does work get handed off and then stall?

You can’t see this if you're buried in the weeds.
And you can’t see it if you're only looking at dashboards.

You have to zoom in and zoom out (constantly)

Close enough to understand how the work actually happens.
Far enough back to see the system as a system.

The best ops leaders not just optimize, but notice.

And once you can learn to see the patterns and ask the right questions, the solutions become obvious.

Scaling Ops for Dummies #3

Scaling ops isn’t just about processes or AI.

It’s about building a team and workflows that can grow without breaking.

Here’s how to structure for scale:
1. Define clear roles + responsibilities: empower your team to make decisions without bottlenecks.

2. Document everything: processes, workflows, and AI integrations. If it’s not written down, it won’t scale.

3. Align AI with humans: automate repetitive or data-heavy tasks, freeing your team for strategy and high-impact work.

4. Measure outcomes + iterate: track results, gather feedback, and continuously refine processes and AI tools.

The real power of scaling ops is that it’s not doing more work.

It’s making your team, your processes, and your AI work together seamlessly. (way less work in the end!)
