People scroll past your posts for one reason:

They don’t feel like you’re actually teaching them anything.

Here’s how to use LinkedIn to its maximum potential starting today:

1. Post like a creator, not a company. Share lessons, mistakes, experiments. Not just announcements.

2. Use frameworks that spark conversation. Lists, predictions, myths, layered approaches. Get people leaning in to hear more.

3. Make it visual. Even a simple chart or bold text graphic makes your point stick.

4. Treat it as distribution. Your best ideas shouldn’t live in private docs. Put them here where they can compound.

LinkedIn isn’t only a place to share your new job role anymore. 
It’s where you actually build cred, trust, and momentum.

Use this to your advantage!

Stop asking ChatGPT: “Give me 10 LinkedIn post ideas.”

Here's what you should do instead: 

Generic prompts are why most AI content feels flat.
It’s not rooted in your voice or your experience.

Instead:

-Feed AI your Otter transcripts, brainstorms, recent projects, meetings, etc.
-Then let it help you sharpen, structure, and draft posts based on what you're already doing in your day-to-day

AI works best as an amplifier, not a replacement.
Your ideas.
Its speed.

That’s how you can get posts that actually resonate.

AI can do a tonnnn.

But don't make this huge mistake:

AI should never run your strategy for you.

Here are some of the biggest mistakes I see when it comes to AI implementation:

1. Thinking AI knows your audience better than you do.
Tools can’t feel what your audience actually cares about.

2. Letting AI decide your brand voice.
AI can’t build trust or thought leadership on its own.

3. Expecting AI to replace critical thinking.
AI is great at suggestions, but strategy still needs human judgment.

Strategy ALWAYS human-led.
(Maybe I'll make this my new acronym - SAHL) 

Use AI to do the heavy lifting so you can focus on decisions that actually matter.

Scaling Ops for Dummies #1

Scaling ops isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing less. Strategically.

Less meetings. Fewer repetitive tasks. Smarter processes.
Structure and streamline so your team can do more with less time and fewer hands on deck.

Here’s what you can actually do:
1. Audit repetitive tasks: Identify anything that happens more than twice a week. Ask yourself: “can this be automated or eliminated?”

2. Map your workflows: Visualize every step from request to delivery. Remove unnecessary handoffs. Use this as a road map. Audit and SOP for clarity team-wide.

3. Use AI as your assistant: Automate reporting, summarize meeting notes, and flag bottlenecks before they slow you down.

4. Set guardrails, not rules: Give your team clear boundaries so they can make decisions without constant approvals. If the same question arises, there’s something to fix there.

Efficiency shouldn’t feel like work. 
It feels like freedom.

Ops done right should be invisible and seamless!

1. Research & Validation. AI can comb through markets, competitors, and trends in minutes. what used to take weeks, now takes hours.

2. First drafts & prototypes. AI can generate a starting point on copy, slides, projects, mockups, etc. so you focus your time on refining.

3. Routine Operations. Scheduling, reporting, data cleanup, AI will handle busywork, so founders focus on decisions that actually move the business forward.

AI isn’t replacing founders.

But founders who know how to use AI are running faster, smarter, and with way less friction.

Scaling ops isn’t just about processes.

It’s about using the right tools to make your team smarter, not busier.

AI can handle much of the tedious tasks (leaving you time for human-only parts):
1. Automate reporting: generate dashboards and summaries

2. Summarize meetings: have AI turn meeting transcripts into action item lists

3. Prioritize tasks: flag bottlenecks or urgent requests 

4. Streamline communication: auto-draft emails or follow-ups

Start small. 
Pick one task that takes up more than an hour a week and hand it over to AI.
Then measure the time saved. Then repeat.

The goal isn’t to replace people.
It’s to multiply their impact, so your team can focus on work that actually moves the business forward.
