3. I test if they can help me at work 
4. If I find them useful, I use them in the long term 

Do's of using AI tools:
✅ Use AI to boost productivity on repetitive tasks.
✅ Check AI outputs for accuracy before use.
✅ Follow your company’s AI policy and approved tools list.
✅ Craft clear and specific prompts for better results.
