Yesterday I posted about my new coaching program.

Quick context:

I haven't been coaching for the past year and a half as I've been focusing on growing House of Impact, learning communication skills and sponsorships.

Going back to coaching was not on my radar.

Until I received 5 messages from people asking me the exact same questions:

"How did you get those big guests so quick?!" 
"How did you grow so quick?"

I then started thinking...there were a lot of podcasters who were also doing amazing job...but I wasn't getting seen.

So I started thinking...and realized it wasn't luck. It wasn't a "one hit wonder".

I worked. Hard.
But sometimes you need way more than hard work to make it happen.

I realized I had one skill that a lot of founders who start a podcast might not have.

Persuasive Communication Skills.

I was able to hone into the vision of what I wanted the podcast to be.
I was able to sharpen my communication skills to not only get big guests, but sign with one of the Top 10 PR agencies in the US.
I was able to pitch brands to sponsor the show without big numbers.

I don't have a big following, I started all of this from 0. 
Yet, I've been able to reap every single opportunity that came my way.

So, after a lot of thought, I decided to open an 8-week coaching program where I will be working 1-on-1 with 5 founders and CEO's to help them:

1. Launch (re-launch) their podcast.
2. Rank it in the Top 100's in the first 60 days.
3. Create Episodes optimized for clients and sponsors.
4. Pitch and close brand sponsorships.
5. Get into the right circles of producers and publicists.

This took me over 2-years to build and to get here. But I am now pulling back the curtain and shortening the monetization curve by half.

I posted about being your most authentic self yesterday and it ruffled some feathers...

Some people agreed with it, some didn't.

My post was about not striving to be the best but be your most authentic self 
(and when you achieve this, you will ultimately will be amongst the top players in your industry)

The comment section shocked me. It shocked me because we are driven by numbers, by performance... fair enough, I was too.

Until I had to really be honest with myself and asked myself: "Is this truly how I want to build my legacy and my career? Is this truly how I want to show up?"

It wasn't (spoiler alert).

I was being driven by numbers instead of by being my most authentic self and create the impact I truly wanted and felt all along.

With that being said, authenticity is not enough to get you to your goals...BUT it is what's needed to create alignment, honesty...and therefore have the opportunities you always wanted.

Since operating from this new identity I:
-Ranked House of Impact podcast to the Top 100 UK in self-improvement category (the most competitive category in podcasting).
-Traveled and recorded in 3 different continents.
-Had the top 1% of guests coming into the show.
-Grew from 0 to 1M monthly views.
-had thousands of downloads

Amongst other things. I do not share this to brag. But because I know how much you can grow my being authentic (and bold).

And I will die on this hill. 

You do not have to agree with me. But I would rather let you experience it by yourself.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how much pressure we put on ourselves to be “ready” before we’re visible.

That’s something I’m sitting with this weekend.

Most leaders I talk to aren’t short on expertise.

They’re deciding how visible they want to be as leaders in this next season.

Visibility used to feel optional.
 A nice-to-have.
 Something delegated or postponed.

Now it’s a leadership decision.

Not because of algorithms or trends —
but because trust is built by the people who are willing to be seen, heard, and understood.

The real tension isn’t LinkedIn.

 It’s deciding whether staying behind the scenes still serves the role you’re in — or the one you’re stepping into.

Avoiding that decision doesn’t keep things stable.
 It quietly limits influence, alignment, and opportunity.

And clarity doesn’t come from posting more. It comes from deciding how you want to show up — and why.

If this made you pause, that’s usually the moment a leadership decision is surfacing — not a content problem.

At this stage of life, I’m not interested in chasing more.

More goals.
More content.
More pressure.

What I want is alignment.

So I didn’t choose a word for the year.
I chose a standard.

Alignment means my goals match the season I’m in — not the one I used to be in.
It means my calendar reflects what actually matters, not what looks impressive.

This year, effort goes toward leverage — not noise.
Progress over performance.

Not more output.
 Better decisions.

That’s alignment for me.

If you’ve been feeling the tension between where you are and what you’re still carrying, that’s usually a sign something needs to be decided — not pushed harder.
