•	Leveraged traffic seeking inspiration in our design photo galleries within Rubbermaid’s closet 
        websites and social outlets to drive sales in store.   Participated in the development of two new 
        closet design tools that made closet design easy and made it possible to visualize and create 
        the best closet for the consumer's unique needs.
•	Innovated and led the creation of a new product line from idea inception through to customer 
        presentation that resulted in $7M in incremental top line sales and increased the brand's retail 
        and digital footprints.  Chosen to lead and / or participate in several innovation sessions.
•	Implemented virtual product kits sold on HomeDepot.com, increasing average order size and 
        total revenues by 30%.  Initiated and executed a geo-targeted paid search campaign that 
        pointed consumers to prove out a paid search model that drives in-store retail sales lift.

My start in Marketing came as a car detailer in between college semesters. I love a turnaround and it ties back to my experiences seeing cars come in dirty and leaving clean, and looking new. In college I worked full time as a Product Manager for a former P&G Executive in 2007 who taught me countless lessons.
