Zavy 360’s pioneering cloud-based health platform makes caring for patients and growing a practice easier than ever. Working alongside my co-founder and some of the most renowned practitioners in the industry, we set to work creating a software platform that would make a meaningful difference in the day to day running of a healthcare practice. 

Recognizing the challenges in the fragmented health care industry - we knew that if we were going to build a solution, it had to be ground-breaking, and better than anything on the market. So that’s exactly what we did. 

Zavy 360 is cloud-based but works like an app for a faster and more seamless experience and is filled with the timesaving tools that practices crave. Using feedback from countless doctors and their patients, we've developed software that is adaptable and intuitive and saves practices precious time that can be spent caring for patients.

Driving the vision of Zeno IT and guiding my team of experts is a part of my role that I enjoy. However, it’s consulting with clients, offering strategic advice and solving complex problems to grow a business that drives me. 

We work across all industries but all of our clients have one thing in common; they are forward-thinking people who are looking to use technology to give them a competitive advantage in business. From setting up cloud-based solutions to software integration, Zeno IT offers the cost-effectiveness of offsite management with the peace of mind that usually only comes with an in-house team.

Zeno Dental (SFD in Europe) is at the forefront of state-of-the-art technology in dental practice management software. We bring together the right combination of a feature-packed product and efficient service to offer complete value for money to our clients. 

With over 25 years history, working in collaboration with a team of practicing dentists, practice managers, hygienists and therapists, our programmers have created the best of breed system designed with a sole purpose of improving the efficiency and workflow of a dental practice. Compare to other software, the system to be easy-to-use, exceptionally quick and allows interconnection between practices.

Having worked in IT for many years, I developed a passion to help business succeed by technology, especially in the healthcare space. 

I first started Zeno IT to provide the infrastructure to help my clients grow. I thrive on the challenge of consulting and advising clients on the right tech and solution to power their business and drive it forward. 

We service many different organisations, from professional services, medical, multinationals to ASX small caps. Over the years, as we expand we have built a team of IT experts to integrate emerging new technologies - ERP, internet, e-commerce, mobile device; my role has also changed to become IT Manager / CTO for these companies. I never stop learning, even starting an MBA which helped raised my knowledge in other areas like finance and marketing. 

I have a keen passion in Healthcare. Many years ago, we distributed a UK practice system which  gave us fantastic insights in how established practice operate and more importantly we they want. 

When a member of my family needed care from various healthcare professionals, I experienced a real disconnect between practitioners and patients.  So alongside my co-founders and some of Australia’s most respected practitioners, I set about reinventing practice solution with Zavy360. 

I recognise the challenges people face every day in their home or workplace. I want to help make a difference by providing solutions, using the best tech and service talent available.

Gerald Chow

When I first studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2017, I had a life-changing experience and thought, “EVERYONE needs to know about this”. 

Why? Because NLP is the study of success and the pursuit of excellence. It gives you the structure, plan and tools to replicate the mindset and results of your role models across all aspects of your life. It’s the foundation of many coaching styles, from life coaching to executive coaching, transforming people and businesses.

That includes life-changing programs to empower leaders to think strategically, prioritise mental health and emotional intelligence and build a culture of success, as well as helping individuals take charge of their lives, become ‘unstuck’ and find the courage to pursue their dreams.

After using  NLP to take charge of my own life, I continued my love of lifelong learning and completed my NLP Master Trainer qualification in 2023 at the University of California Santa Cruz, the birthplace of NLP. 

As a part of our graduation, I was asked what I’d like to give back to the advancement of NLP. That’s when I decided to build a not-for-profit organisation to bring NLP to disadvantaged communities and all walks of life.

Over the next ten years, I aim to uplift the consciousness of  1% of people on the planet using NLP. Starting in Australia, where there are 26 million people, I plan to expose 260,000 Aussies to NLP with my company, Centre For Life Therapies.

96% of the people who attend programs at the Centre For Life Therapies rate their experience as life-changing in terms of confidence, clarity and self-awareness. The word is spreading far and wide!  

My team is growing with some of the most inspiring, brilliant coaches, therapists and trainers imaginable. We have tangible strategies taking shape, and we look forward to you joining us. 

Each one of my coaches are NLPAA certified and dedicated to helping clients unlock their potential, address a specific issue or a general need to find clarity in their lives.
