Zavy 360’s pioneering cloud-based health platform makes caring for patients and growing a practice easier than ever. Working alongside my co-founder and some of the most renowned practitioners in the industry, we set to work creating a software platform that would make a meaningful difference in the day to day running of a healthcare practice. 

Recognizing the challenges in the fragmented health care industry - we knew that if we were going to build a solution, it had to be ground-breaking, and better than anything on the market. So that’s exactly what we did. 

Zavy 360 is cloud-based but works like an app for a faster and more seamless experience and is filled with the timesaving tools that practices crave. Using feedback from countless doctors and their patients, we've developed software that is adaptable and intuitive and saves practices precious time that can be spent caring for patients.

Driving the vision of Zeno IT and guiding my team of experts is a part of my role that I enjoy. However, it’s consulting with clients, offering strategic advice and solving complex problems to grow a business that drives me.

Zeno Dental (SFD in Europe) is at the forefront of state-of-the-art technology in dental practice management software. We bring together the right combination of a feature-packed product and efficient service to offer complete value for money to our clients. 

With over 25 years history, working in collaboration with a team of practicing dentists, practice managers, hygienists and therapists, our programmers have created the best of breed system designed with a sole purpose of improving the efficiency and workflow of a dental practice. Compare to other software, the system to be easy-to-use, exceptionally quick and allows interconnection between practices.

Having worked in IT for many years, I developed a passion to help business succeed by technology, especially in the healthcare space. 

I first started Zeno IT to provide the infrastructure to help my clients grow. I thrive on the challenge of consulting and advising clients on the right tech and solution to power their business and drive it forward. 

We service many different organisations, from professional services, medical, multinationals to ASX small caps. Over the years, as we expand we have built a team of IT experts to integrate emerging new technologies - ERP, internet, e-commerce, mobile device; my role has also changed to become IT Manager / CTO for these companies. I never stop learning, even starting an MBA which helped raised my knowledge in other areas like finance and marketing. 

I have a keen passion in Healthcare. Many years ago, we distributed a UK practice system which  gave us fantastic insights in how established practice operate and more importantly we they want. 

When a member of my family needed care from various healthcare professionals, I experienced a real disconnect between practitioners and patients.  So alongside my co-founders and some of Australia’s most respected practitioners, I set about reinventing practice solution with Zavy360. 

I recognise the challenges people face every day in their home or workplace. I want to help make a difference by providing solutions, using the best tech and service talent available.

From product reviews to news stories, I created content for several of Pacific Magazines' leading titles on a contract basis. I also consulted on and wrote advertorial articles for large brands wanting to create stories that engaged their potential customers.

My remit was to help Bauer’s media brands stay relevant and profitable, constantly generating ideas and content to keep readers coming back for more.

I was approached to work on weekly magazine Closer when it was still in the development stages. I devised the entire 16-page TV section and was responsible for commissioning, writing and forward-planning features, interviews and specials. Closer was EMAP’s most successful launch and exceeded all sales forecasts.

I wrote TV reviews on this daily newspaper and covered for the TV Editor in his absence. I developed skills in forward-planning and wrote features and TV news items for both the main paper and Metro Life magazine, ensuring the content appealed to a broad cross-section of readers.

I’ve discovered a brutal way to start the week.

Diving into the UK’s North Sea in November.

My mum and her friends do this most mornings. They’re all in their seventies and don’t even blink. I’m the one hesitating on the sand.

After that shock, the rest of my to-do list feels fairly straightforward.

Some people ease into the week (normally me). 

Others go straight for the hardest thing before their brain has time to talk them out of it.

Aka, 'Eat the Frog'.

I’m starting to think the second group might be on to something.

How do you start the week?

You don’t have to have a near-death experience to go viral on LinkedIn.

But it helps.

I just read a story about Lee P., a Brisbane marketer who’d been out of work for nine months after a severe medical ordeal.

He was on the way back but struggling to find work. 

One LinkedIn post later (not polished, just honest and human) and he had hundreds of likes, dozens of comments and reposts.

More importantly, he had a job offer within 24 hours.

OK, this doesn’t happen every day, but it does prove just how much connection matters on here.

LinkedIn rewards authenticity, and Lee’s experience proves that people comment, share and tag people who need to hear the story.

“Going on LinkedIn is like banging my head against a brick wall.”

Said a new client whose content was getting little engagement. Bang.

Their network was stagnant. Bash.

Their DM conversations went nowhere. Wallop.

So, we changed the strategy from trying to be all things to all people to focusing our efforts on one specific target market.

Of course, they worried that a focused strategy would bypass the rest of their potential clients. 

But that won’t happen if you build a campaign that resonates with one specific audience, and doesn’t alienate the rest. 

- Connect with ideal clients who see you as an expert in that space.

- Enhance credibility, trust, and engagement through educational, entertaining posts.

- Open niche-specific conversations with purpose that lead to opportunities.

In other words, lean into your niche with your activity, NOT your core messaging. 

No more headaches.
