Working in a small team to ensure a safe, healthy and stimulating environment for children aged 4-11. Helping the children develop independent skills and planning appropriate and educational play activities. As a play worker, this role has helped me develop a passion for working with children.

Playworker

As a workshop assistant, my role is to assist the tutor with the students, ensuring that all students are engaging with the activity. These activities vary from photography, illustrator and sculpture, each lasting three hours and a half, with the exception of full days. My role also includes preparing any materials in advance, at times taking charge of the class.

The variety of roles that I have undertaken have helped me grow as an individual.
