ORSC wasn't my first Professional Coaching Certification, as I started first with coaching the individual clients. At that moment I was already Certified Co-Active Coach, I also deepened my knowledge through the CTI Leadership program that helped me and my clients to become even more conscious and intentional about how we want to show up as the leaders in our lives, careers. But I noticed one pattern - whenever my client brought a topic regarding any relationship (personal, at work) it was no longer about that particular client in front of me, it was about something bigger - the relationship. So, how to coach that?!

That is how I discovered ORSC. I went through the ORSC Certification, and when it was just about to be completed, CRR Global launched Global audition to recruit new Front of the Room Leaders. For me it was both exciting and tough experience, as from one hand I was enjoying the process by expanding my range through the audition exercises, but that was the 2nd week of the Russian full invasion to my country Ukraine, and how to be in relationship with all that at the same time…

And I was selected to be a Faculty Member of CRR Global Faculty and  Front of Room Leader for the Europe market. I love combining coaching and training, because we are always in relationships - first with ourselves, and also with our world, our teams, our partners, colleagues, etc. So how do we want to be in those relationships in a more conscious and intentional way? This is the journey I am so excited about!

CreateYourOwnCamino.com is an online 4-week adventurous group coaching program. In this turbulent lockdown time it was designed specifically for those who are looking for some sort of non-standard, adventurous exploration - what is exactly unfolding on their way, their own path. Kseniya holds Master Degree in Management of International Economic Activities (2005) and an MBA degree from Rotterdam School of Management (Full-time, 2014). She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC from the Co-Active Training Institute CTI), Certified Organisational and Relationship System Coach (ORSCC from CRR Global), and an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally she is certified as a Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) and ICAgile Coach (ICP). She is also a Graduate of the CTI Leadership Program.

Kseniya is guiding her clients to reach high performance at their work and create the right relationships in their professional and personal lives. Before launching her own company Kseniya-Coaching, she had more than 10 years’ of international corporate and management experience in Retail, Sales, Marketing and Account Management.
