As the owner of the strategic roadmap, I communicated frequently with senior leadership to ensure we were on target to reach our quarterly, annual, and five year goals.

HealthPro connects patients to providers in a dynamic healthcare marketplace using a personalized referral process and accurate, provider-driven information about cost, convenience, and availability.

At HealthPro, I created and maintained our back-end, Salesforce-based patient management system and successfully migrated our referral coordinator team over to the new platform. Our team used this system to track and resolve thousands of health care referrals across our client base.
