I'm the founder of DeepWater Strategies, bringing over 20 years of experience at the intersection of media, entertainment, and the creator economy. I specialize in influencer marketing and YouTube operations, digital content strategy, direct sales, monetization, and partnerships that drive innovation and scalable growth.

Most recently, I’ve led a digital studio P&L while unlocking new revenue opportunities for creators and media companies through business development and strategic acquisitions. At V10 Entertainment, I helped expand content monetization, audience development, and partnership initiatives. We developed strategies with a forward-thinking vision for creative innovation.

My journey began in traditional media — first in sales at Comedy Central during the golden era of cable, then at MTV, where I helped shape iconic cross-platform sponsorships around tentpole events like the VMAs and shows like Jersey Shore and TRL.

I went on to help launch the media sales and sponsorship arm of NBC News Digital before joining Collective Digital Studio (Studio71) in 2013, at the dawn of the digital talent management boom. Since then, I’ve driven revenue growth at pioneering companies like Studio71, BEN, and Live Nation, helping brands and creators collaborate in ways that have landed on Ad Age, Adweek, 60 Minutes, YouTube Ads Leaderboard, and the YouTube Trending feed.

I’ve also been fortunate to share insights as a speaker with the ANA, Brand Innovators, and Digital Hollywood — always driven by a passion for building ventures and helping creators thrive.
