Higher Education: National and international MBA teaching and facilitation: 33 years starting from 1991 till date.

a) Started teaching 50 plus MBA subjects, both finance and human resources, and 50 plus humanities subjects to post graduate students at a young age of 20 years from 1991 till date in a small group as a self-employed professional, and later on I was selected as the youngest lecturer at the age of 22 years in 1993, to head the commerce stream, and, for teaching students of junior college all the commerce subjects.

b) I also taught MBA as a full-time permanent faculty member and then a visiting professor in various B schools from 2010 onwards till date. I have been a chair-person, course coordinator, and controller of MBA exams.

c) Special expertise in case study and research paper/dissertation/capstone project analysis, corporate readiness score (CRS) as guide, coach, and mentor, and to approve MBA capstone projects and theses.
