The UK Israel Tech Hub is a venture operating out of London the British Embassy Israel, founded by the UK government as a means to drive economic growth by helping British companies partner with cutting-edge technology from Israel.  My responsibilities include:
- Design and execution of bi-lateral innovation programmes between the UK & Israel e.g. corporate innovation, startup bootcamps, delegations.
- Launch a new Israeli and British women founders forum aim to connect and promote women in the industry, share best practices and provide business and investment opportunities.
- Build relationships with external partners, ranging from corporate innovation divisions to VCs, accelerators, and start-ups.
- Founding member of Global Tech Connect, an alliance of UK-based European start-up accelerators and hubs

I was the founding member of a new community centre, leading its community engagement strategy and program, resulting in high number of visitors as well as strong online traction, significantly exceeded expectations:

•	Built from the ground up successful end-to-end complex projects e.g. upskilling learning seminars, volunteering projects, multi-purpose events
•	Led stakeholder partnerships with charities, schools, NGO’s, Facebook communities, industry experts - that have significantly increased no. of annual visitors and built the centre’s strong reputation

Head of Community Engagement Programme

Working with the organisation in its early stages, I was responsible for the design of a brand new programme of cultural and educational events, seminars and projects, tailored to different audiences' preferences. The programme turned JW3 into an established destination for different the audiences.

•	Mapped and identified community members’ needs by setting up advisory committees with lay community leaders, using market research tools and establishing positive connections with our customers to inform the planning process of the programme and retain and grow our customer base, B2B and B2C.
•	Successfully worked cross-functionally with operational, production executives and volunteers to ensure smooth running of events, from ideation to execution, and an increase in customer satisfaction.
•	Budget: Increased programming revenue by 25% through negotiating financial models, developing partnerships with vendors and exchange of services deals; Secured over 20K in funding and sponsorships needed in order to subsidise specialised projects.
