Each shift brought new opportunities and new complexities. Each required translating emerging technology into real business impact.

Today, I'm Senior Partner at Velocity Road, an AI strategy and implementation partner built to meet the specific needs of middle-market companies. I lead the firm's AI-native consulting practice while overseeing our most strategic client relationships. I work directly with executive teams to define AI roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, and design implementation approaches that align with business priorities. Across engagements, I ensure delivery excellence and scale client value by ensure that we build and deploy AI solutions that create measurable operational impact and durable business value.

Before joining Velocity Road, I co-founded and led CognitivePath, a consultancy focused on helping associations and trade organizations like US Travel, Cotton Council International, and the Heart Rhythm Society build and execute practical, business-driven AI strategies that boost productivity, improve performance, and create durable competitive advantage.

Previously, I’ve held executive roles in tech and professional services, co-founded three companies, launched new business lines inside established firms, and helped lead three startups through successful acquisitions. As a consultant, I’ve worked closely with senior leaders at organizations like AT&T, Coca-Cola, Ford, IBM, Mondelez, Panasonic, and UPS—serving not just as a strategist, but as a trusted advisor during pivotal moments of transformation.

I bring a mix of strategic insight and human-centered perspective to my work, equipping leaders to adapt faster, decide smarter, and perform better in the face of high-speed, high-stakes change. My approach is grounded in real-world leadership experience and supported by advanced training in AI strategy (Cornell), AI ethics (LSE), executive coaching (ICF-accredited Center for Executive Coaching), and adaptability (AQai Level 1 practitioner).

I'm also an in-demand keynote speaker on AI, adaptability, and the future of work; I’ve written two books (Never Normal and microMARKETING), ghostwrote a third about the future of customer service (shhhhh), and contributed chapters the three others; and through October 2025 co-hosted No Brainer, one of the world’s top AI-for-business podcasts (Top 25 per Feedspot).
