Today, I work with founders, operators, and enterprise teams exploring how AI-driven discovery impacts customer journeys through focused advisory, pilots, and custom implementations.

Performed system requirements analysis and formalization for a BPM-class system, which is used to automate lending business processes in a bank.
Results in 2020, 2021:
•	Contributed in the automation and launch of the business-processes which fully transferred a credit documentation signing process to online paperless channels. 
Including 3 anti-crisis business-processes launched in production under tight deadlines during COVID-19 pandemic in the beginning of 2020. 
•	Made dozens of modifications in the existing functionality of a system including business processes, algorithms, system logic and UI updates.
•	Documented specifications for developing 8 new integration services and connecting to 10+ existing services (MQ and REST services).
•	Solved more 100+ issues on 3rd line of business support.

Senior System Analyst

Developed GUI autotests and test samples generation on Java using Selenium
and Cucumber, as well as API tests. As a result:
 me with my team achieved a 70% autotest coverage of a critical
functionality of the system under test․
 DevOps CDL and Quality Gates practices are implemented. Autotests
are run on upcoming releases and reports are generated․
Also had a short experience of managing a QA team of 7 testers

Quality Assurance Specialist

Performed functional system testing and regression testing of a BPM system.
Also I was responsible for bug tracking, writing test cases and test scenarios,
analysis and approval of technical specifications, preparation of test reports and
acceptance of autotests.

Quality Assurance Engineer

development team on the functioning of a system and designing. Took part in a
development and integration of various projects related to transport
infrastructure, cashier equipment and contactless payments (such as City Parking
