Today, I work with founders, operators, and enterprise teams exploring how AI-driven discovery impacts customer journeys through focused advisory, pilots, and custom implementations.

Work in Ericsson R&D Shanghai (IPTV Set-top Box integration solution)

Highlights:
•	Got Scrum Master certification during this period
•	Being SPOC (single point of contact) of one of Ericsson's biggest customers, I worked with different 3PP set-box vendors, browser companies. 
•	Stayed in Stockholm for 4 months as job rotation
•	Took over the product from Stockholm R&D to Shanghai R&D, including product technical overview, way of working etc.
•	Led the product transfer to Indian R&D

Scrum Master

Work in Ericsson R&D Shanghai (Ericsson Content Delivery System)

Highlights: 
+ Work in maintenance team as 3rd line support, good technical overview of the product, resolve various CSRs that are C++, Java and shell related, as well as handle EPs and escalations.
+ Solid experience in the configuration and installation of the whole product based on both Solaris and Linux platform.
+ Solid trouble shooting skills by solving various TRs.
+ Good knowledge of RFC 2326 specification for RTSP protocol, design and fulfill the advertising feature in ECDS 3.0 in C++.

Highlights:
+ Work as intern team leader, complete an Automation system for internal use
   - Web developing uses JSP and servlet based on MVC pattern, tomcat as web server and MYSQL as database. 
   - Design shell scripts for O&M part of the product.

+ Participant Ericsson Global Prototype Competition in 2009 and won the 1st Prize in Shanghai Site
   - Develop a web portal using an open-source framework – Portlet and responsible for client side development. 
   - Innovation based on Ericsson product MPS to offer a location based social network platform.

I am a Chinese living in Germany, a perfect mixture of eastern and western culture.
I have 15+ years working experience, started as a developer using C++.
I am an very early Agile advocator and I'll suggest we should NOT sell Agile, but be Agile.
I thrive in resolving problems. I believe where there is a problem, there is a solution.
I am not fun of certificates but I know how to get them as certified RTE, CPSM, CSPO.
