Associate Professor Shohreh Majd is a neuroscientist, award-winning academic, sustainability innovator, policy and research leader, certified coach, editor-in-chief, and internationally recognised keynote speaker. With more than two decades of research and teaching in neuroscience, human physiology, and management, she has become a pioneer in advancing our understanding of brain function and cognitive psychology.

She stands at the intersection of science, leadership, sustainability, and human development, driven by one purpose: to create healthier, more resilient people and systems. Her career spans world-leading institutions, including the University of Melbourne and Johns Hopkins University, where she built a strong foundation in neuroscience and brain health. Today, she extends that knowledge far beyond the laboratory and classroom—into healthcare leadership, sustainability strategy, and human performance.
