T-Mobile

As a business account executive, my duties included leveraging technological expertise, strategic sales initiatives, and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and maintain a satisfied customer base within the technology and telecommunications sector. 

Client Relationship Management:
-Cultivates and manages relationships with SMB clients, understands their needs, and offers tailored technology and telecommunications solutions to address their business challenges.

Sales Strategy Development:
-Formulates and executes comprehensive sales strategies, identifies potential clients, and devises approaches to effectively penetrate the SMB market.

Product and Service Expertise:
-Stays updated on technological advancements and understands the range of telecommunications and technology products/services offered, advises clients on the most suitable solutions to optimize their operations.

Account Growth and Retention:
-Focuses on both acquiring new SMB clients and nurturing existing relationships to maximize account growth, upselling or cross-selling relevant services, and ensures high customer retention rates.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
-Conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and generates reports to identify opportunities for expanding the company's SMB clientele base.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Account Executive

During my tenure at the T-Mobile call center, I held roles in tech support, Team of Experts Customer Care, messaging chat care, employee care, learning & development assistant, admin assistant, coach, and Elite Expert. 

I earned the Elite title through superior individual performance and proactively assuming leadership responsibilities to drive performance with the entire team.

Description of duties and responsibilities: 
Combines hands-on customer issue resolution, leadership in managing a sizable team, strategic learning plan development, content creation, and a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing performance objectives to uphold exceptional standards in customer service delivery. 

Escalation Management:
-Addresses and resolves complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring swift and satisfactory solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Team Management:
-Directly supervises a team of 40 employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their productivity, professional growth, and adherence to service standards.

Learning Plan Development:
-Creates comprehensive learning and development plans for team members, identifies skill gaps, and implements training programs to enhance their abilities in handling diverse customer needs effectively.

Content Design:
-Designs educational and helpful content, such as training materials, guides, and resources, to facilitate continuous learning, streamline processes, and improve service quality within the team.

Performance Goal Achievement:
-Sets and drives high-performance goals for the team, regularly assesses metrics, and implements strategies to exceed benchmarks in customer satisfaction, resolution times, and overall service excellence.

Elite Expert

Assisted customers and solved issues through an online chat platform. Also led the team as an interim leader and created two groups: The Gratitude Gang and #TimeToShine. During the pandemic, these two groups served as a place for positivity and inspiration to keep going through adversity.

Senior Messaging Expert

Worked in one of the pilot teams in my site to launch Team of Experts and take customer care to new heights. Earned many performance accolades and ended up being promoted for excellent communication and de-escalation skills with customers as well as motivational leadership skills to assist my teammates.

Team of Experts, Customer Care

Assisted customers with technical issues on mobile devices as well as some billing concerns. Worked alongside the network team to facilitate information on modernization, outages, and planned maintenance times. Won best performance in the site my very first month out on the floor by combining technical knowledge with empathy and communication skills.

CPhT: Worked with data entry, adjudication of claims, inventory management, training other technicians, and patient relations.

Pharmacy Technician

Senderra Rx Specialty Pharmacy

CPhT: Worked with physicians to request refills for specialty patients and adjudicate claims that required complex solutions and prior authorizations.

CVS Pharmacy

CPhT: Worked in several locations as a lead tech in charge of operations, inventory, scheduling solutions, data entry, adjudication of claims, and safe disposal of hazardous drugs and materials.
