Site Administrator

•	Developed and executed strategic decisions and operational goals for Project Hope by supervising the unit’s day-to-day operations to ensure programmatic and fiscal needs were met
•	Compiled reports with metrics on units and type of service by focusing on high-priority zip codes for program funders (FEMA) and administrators (New York State Office of Mental Health, DOHMH) as well as internal stakeholders at BPC

•	Supervised social workers and caseworkers on treatment plans and advocacy for residents to remain in their communities
•	Approved and modified case notes of social workers  based on the case history 
•	Promoted best practices to reduce complaints to Adult Protective Services
