You’re creating content for yourself, not for the people who actually hire you.

The results say… NO!

But here’s the truth no one tells,

The frame isn’t the problem.
Your profile is.

People love shaming the green circle, but recruiters don’t skip you because of it, they skip you because:

• Your headline says nothing
• Your About section is empty
• Your experience is unclear
• No proof of work
• No activity
• No keywords

The frame works when your profile does.

“What do I say in my first DM?”
Most of you won’t like the answer.

Because the real problem isn’t the DM.

It’s that you message people like you’re filling out a complaint form at a bank.

Here’s what never works...

❌ Boring, lifeless intros
❌ “Hi, I help XYZ… want a call?” (instant delete)
❌ Talking only about yourself
❌ Templates that scream copy-paste

Here’s what actually gets replies:

✅ 1. Blank connection requests

Yes, they work. Stop overthinking.

✅ 2. Add personality

A little humor goes a long way:
“Which one stresses you more: LinkedIn notifications or Monday mornings? 😄”

✅ 3. Hyper-specific personalization

Not “Loved your post.”

Try:

“Your post on switching industries at 28 hit hard. What pushed you to take the leap?”

The truth?

>> Your DMs aren’t getting ignored because people are rude.

>> They’re getting ignored because they feel like sales letters, not conversations.

Sound human → get replies.

It’s really that simple.
