For my thesis project, I conducted an exhaustive analysis of total business processes using the 7 "S" McKinsey model and STEP analysis, with a special focus on supply chain and logistics. 

Based on this analysis, I authored a strategic advisory report on revenue enhancement through new market entry. 

In the report, I identified and analyzed potentially lucrative markets, presenting my findings to a client responsible for international and intercity transportation. 

The selected market underwent a comprehensive analysis, including cultural and organizational differences following Geert Hofstede's dimensions, possible transportation routes, potential profit margins, and necessary documentation. 

My work was recognized by my university for "the high quality of the bachelor's report and its defense." (References available upon request).
