➣ Created and managed thought leadership program that propelled the company into Top 5 in Share of Voice across a crowded competitor landscape. 
➣ Achieved 40% pipeline lift and reduced sales cycle by providing sales team with actionable intent data about prospect purchase intents, timelines, and interests. Introduced innovations including intent data and website retargeting for campaigns. 
➣ Led a rebrand of company following its divestiture and sale.

Hytera is a $1 billion global provider of professional wireless communications for public safety, government agencies, hospitality, commercial/light industrial, and transportation sectors. 

Served as trusted advisor to sales teams and resellers throughout North America. Established social media, media relations, and trade show presence. Created US-focused sales tools, and developed content marketing. Developed the first US price book which included 50+ radios and 10,000+ accessories. Served as press spokesperson for lawsuits involving a competitor. Accelerated the sales cycle by developing a portal in which resellers could conduct email and postcard campaigns to prospects.

SPi CRM (now Inspiro)

SPi CRM (now Inspiro) is a $120 million global provider of contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions to clients across healthcare, financial services, and retail. 

Influenced sales pipeline by $16 million in first 8 months. Introduced trade shows targeting customer-care decision makers, developed direct marketing cycles for prospects, transformed the company’s internal appointment-setting function, and rejuvenated relationships with industry analysts. Shortened sales cycle by developing vertical solution sheets and case studies on major client engagements. Managed all elements of the company’s client conference. Served as trusted advisor to global sales teams.

AVP Marketing

Aegis USA (acquired by Teleperformance in 2014)

Sales tool development, events, media relations, and branding in Americas for global business process outsourcing leader. Teleperformance acquired Aegis' US, Costa Rica, and Philippines assets in August 2014. Marketing programs drove revenue growth from $600 million in 2010 to $1 billion in 2014.
➣ Secured coverage with NBC Nightly News, Washington Post, Dallas Business Journal, and local TV affiliates where Aegis has contact centers. 
➣ Developed proactive local media strategy to inform media of the company’s seasonal workforce reductions related to healthcare client engagements. Strategy greatly reduced negative press and reinforced Aegis' messaging as a job creator.
➣ Introduced vertical-specific trade shows into the marketing mix, bringing marquee prospects into the sales pipeline while opening opportunities for speaking slots.
➣ Established and drove relationships with trade press, industry analysts, local organizations, outsourcing advisory firms, and industry associations.
➣ Reduced the sales cycle by creating case studies on key client engagements and slide decks profiling the company’s centers. Made all sales tools available to global sales force.

➣ Created/executed marketing plans and budgets while managing public relations, collateral development, thought leadership programs, promotional venues and trade shows, direct marketing, product placement, community relations, employee communications, internet/extranet/intranet websites, and technical publications. Directly supervised up to 4 marketing professionals.

➣ Digital: Developed and launched comprehensive public website and reseller extranet, that saved the company $100,000 in its first year and substantially reduced orders for discontinued products or obsolete pricing.
➣ Lead Generation: Doubled lead generation from average of 400 leads/quarter in 2004 to 850 leads/quarter in 2008. Grew revenue from $50 million in 2004 to $130 million in 2009.
