My process is very different.

If you are looking for someone who just writes a resume based off of a few job descriptions, that isn't me.  I will sit down with my clients for 3-6 hours and ask a lot of questions. I need to dig out their accomplishments to make them stand out. I write the resume in front of my clients so that they can see how it is done.
