Meetings, in denen viel geredet wird aber nichts passiert. Konflikte, die alle spüren aber keiner anspricht. Entscheidungen, die Wochen dauern, obwohl alle klug sind.

Kommt dir bekannt vor?

Dann kennst du den Elefanten im Raum. Das Ding, das Energie frisst, weil es ignoriert wird. Das Ding, das eure besten Leute zum Gehen bringt – nicht das Gehalt.

Ich arbeite mit Führungsteams und Leadership-Verantwortlichen, 
die spüren, dass etwas nicht stimmt. 
Die Kommunikation stockt, die Kultur kippt, das Alignment fehlt
 – aber keiner kann es greifen.

Mein Job: 

Den Elefanten besprechbar machen. 
Die Muster sichtbar machen, die euch blockieren. 
Und euch durch die Gespräche begleiten, die ihr alleine nicht führt.
Das ist unbequem. Aber es wirkt.

· HR, People & OD Leaders im Mittelstand vor Generationswechsel, Change oder Reorganisation.

Executive Coach und strategischer Leadership-Facilitator mit 15 Jahren Erfahrung in Hochdrucksituationen.

Curiosity is my drive, learning is my passion. I love to find out how things work. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and am happy when ideas grow and bear fruit.

What I would like to convey: 

‘You are perfect just the way you are. And at the same time, you are allowed to be curious, to want to learn and to improve.’ 

I can look back on half a degree in teaching and a degree in marketing with a focus on dialogue marketing. With additional training as a certified foundation manager, I now work as a corporate communications officer at Fröbel.
