I’m serious. In Q4 at least 7 companies told us that when they mentioned Sybill to their Gong rep, reps literally offered them a 50% discount.

At Sybill we make little problems big.

Here's a story we've all heard before:

I'm fighting like hell to make sure this isn't the case for us.

Last week we launched Dark Mode, and one of our customers wasn't seeing it in the app.

They left a comment sharing the issue. Within an hour they got:

a LinkedIn DM and email from Shivansh Singh,
an email from my cofounder Nishit Asnani (Hiring Founding AEs),
AND a fix from our dev team.

A little overkill for a bug? Maybe. But I wouldn't trade it.

Was it dumb of us to launch a new feature a week before Christmas? Maybe.

We had a chat with Vipul Sharma from SBI Securities on our podcast recently, and he hit the nail on the head. 

He talked about the "𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲."

It’s the idea that the best technology is the one you never actually "see" because it just works.

Think about it - If a user is trying to eSign a high-ticket contract and the portal lags for five seconds, they aren't thinking about your tech stack. They are thinking: "𝐈𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬?"


In simple words, Leaders have to master these 3 pillars, as Vipul mentioned:

1. 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐄𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
The Problem -  Edge cases and system errors don't just kill a session; they kill trust.
The AI way -  Think of it as predictive damage control. It identifies and fixes "oops" moments before the user ever sees them.

2. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐔𝐗: 
The Problem -  Users don't tell you they’re frustrated; they just switch tabs.
The AI way -  Real-time intent detection. It "reads" that hesitation and steps in with a supportive nudge to stop the drop-off before it happens.

3. 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
Problem - Your revenue is currently held hostage by Aadhar portals or payment gateways being down.
The AI way - Automated fallback journeys. If one path breaks, the agent instantly reroutes the user so the transaction finishes in the background.

When the journey is that seamless, trust just happens.
