I said yes to something...

Leaders don't need to be liked

One action gave her more respect
Than any promotion ever did.

Respect has nothing to do with other people.

For years, she thought respect came from results.

Blind to her own potential
Something was lying to her...

She almost rejected the opportunity

My biggest growth happened in silence 
Long before anyone knew what I was doing.

The truth?
