E = Execute (3 minutes)
"What's your commitment in 24 hours?"

→ Their words, not mine
→ One measurable action

R = Return (2 minutes)
"How will we know this worked next session?"

→ Evidence-based check-in
→ Accountability built in

Total: 30 minutes. No wandering.

That was it.

What catches my eye the most in the financial market this early in the year is the array of thriving sectors like gold and other metals, copper, memory, electricity, and so on, whereas the S&P 500 kicked off slowly.
