We are the premier B2B cookie company focused solely on enhancing your professional relationships.

What started as a fun side hustle crafting small batch, soft and delicious cookies, became a fun and exciting business that quickly outgrew our home kitchen.

In 2022, we moved our operation out of our home and into our very own production facility in Tigard, Oregon.

We use quality ingredients from companies known for their ethical treatment of animals and a commitment to sustainability, like Ghirardelli & Bob's Red Mill.

We offer nationwide shipping, DoorDash delivery, and pickup.

Driving leadership alignment across directors, budget/spending management, LinkedIn license assignments, organizational health, ensures the organization operates in a productive and collaborative environment across teams. Vendor recruiter team account, staffing management handling process improvements, escalations, KPIs, recruiting services, cross-organization alignment and communication.

HR Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Responsible for strategic finance support of display, sensor, touch and stylus ecosystem health. Focus on enabling support of Client Computing and Internet of Things business units. Display and sensor roadmap strategies long-term.

Supply Chain Finance Specialist

Responsible for strategic support of $43M spending budget. Delivered $3.5M in savings terminating contracts that didn’t align to the primary focus areas. Drove contract negotiations and analysis to meet hardware revenue goals through app enabling. Shifted point of influence through timely resource management improving financial impact. Supported investment decisions that enable new technologies to be adopted by developers when writing their applications and scale through the ecosystem. Focus on supporting deals in the gaming and consumer market segments. Create deal structure to deliver a high return investment portfolio while directly supporting contract negotiations.

Sr. Strategic Financial Analyst

Responsible for the direct PnL support of a software business with $31M in revenue at Intel. Drove the acceleration of the revenue ramp for a new product line by 2 quarters. Primarily focus on forecasting, tracking and reporting monthly financials of the full profit and loss statement. Created financial NPV metrics and pricing structures that helped accelerate revenue ramp in a new product line. Developed a full business plan including the competitive analysis and pricing for a new product. Ramped down an organization of 90 people once the disinvestment decision was made and help drive closure to financial and business activities in the group. Implemented a revenue deferral policy for the business and defined application of multiple element arrangements policy for projects across software and hardware groups. Successfully integrated a new European distributor that helped grow sales in that geography. Identified an incentive program error that once corrected saved $100K in 2014. Additionally responsibilities included defining business metrics, supporting the sales team, engaging with distributors across various geographies and managing rebates.

Responsible for the direct FP&A support of two hardware businesses of $27M and $78M spending budgets. Drive 521hours/year of time saved process improvements through several projects.Primarily focused on  forecasting, tracking and reporting monthly financials. Partner with management and provided support articulating financial value when requesting funding and in critical funding decisions. Assessed impact of financial investments for new opportunities and help prioritize competing investment prospects. Successfully integrated to Intel a 180 people organization that came through an acquisition. Drove cash savings initiatives efforts that saved $2.06M in 2012. Drove initiative to streamlined weekly reporting process and standardized the format across several groups in the organization.
