I’ve spent the past 13 years working with people of all ages in England and Denmark. Over the last 10 years, I’ve specialised as a functional health and neuroscience behavioural coach.

I’ve seen a rise in stress, anxiety, and depression among children and teens. More young people are struggling with school pressures, and diagnoses such as ADHD, dyslexia, and anxiety are becoming more common. That’s why I founded Heste- og Rideterapi—to offer a unique, effective, and supportive approach to wellbeing.

What is Horse-Assisted Therapy?

Horses are incredible at reflecting our emotions and energy. Studies show that being around horses can positively impact mental and physical health, making them perfect partners in therapy.

What We Offer

🐴 1:1 Horse Therapy & Coaching – Personalised sessions for children, teens, and adults who need focused support.

🌟 Pony Club – A fun and supportive group for kids, where we focus on community, connection, and confidence—both with each other and with the horses.

🏇 Trail Rides – Relaxing and scenic rides for adults and experienced teen riders who want to enjoy nature on horseback.

I specialise in horse and riding therapy, helping children, teens, and young adults build confidence, resilience, and self-worth through the power of horses. At my therapy horse stable, I create a safe, supportive space where personal growth happens naturally—whether through riding, groundwork, or simply being with the horses. My PonyClub offers small-group sessions where kids and teens develop leadership, emotional balance, and essential life skills.

Through my work, I’ve seen how many struggles with stress, self-doubt, and health challenges start early in life. That’s why I combine neuroscience, behavioural coaching, and functional health with horse-assisted development to help individuals and businesses thrive.

Beyond my work with children and young people, I also support women struggling with PMS, gut issues, migraines, and chronic stress, helping them regain energy and balance. I consult with businesses on employee wellbeing, offering workshops on stress management, nutrition, and lifestyle change—because strong mental and physical health leads to greater success.

My mission is to empower individuals through horses, neuroscience, and holistic health, helping them build the inner strength to thrive in life and work.
