I am passionate about supporting you to reclaim your life from pain and injury, improving muscle tightness, restrictions, inflammation, fatigue, and reducing the stress and anxiety that your body holds daily. 

I have worked with a vast range of clients to eliminate their pain and improve their bodies to prevent repeated injuries, to allow them to find a more flexible and strong body and mind. 

I’ve helped clients to find simple ways to reduce stress and anxiety, to incorporate small, manageable changes, to effectively improve their lives, to minimise pain and fatigue.  

My story:

Several years ago, I suffered with chronic pain after a fall, which resulted in a spinal issue. I was told by many specialists and a spinal surgeon that l should expect to be in pain forever, and my only option was to manage my pain with medication. 

Over the next 6 months I worked harder than I ever have on anything in my life, on myself, my recovery and understanding what was happening to my mind and body in response to the intense pain and lack of ability to go about life as I normally would. 

My recovery continued past the 6 months, however at this point I no longer struggled with the pain and restrictions due to my injury. 

I now have a greater respect and perspective on life in general. I will now always strive to improve my body, mind, and my understanding of how I can progress further in all aspects of life. 

I now work as a qualified therapist to pass on my knowledge from my experiences, to guide my clients in understanding how they can also free themselves from a life of pain and medication, how they can build a mind and body that can function optimally and can achieve more from life than they ever thought was possible. 

My approach:

We identify the best methods to use for you, to treat and help you pursue a better, healthier, pain free life. Using options such as movement, body awareness, mobility, strength and yoga, soft tissue treatments, acupuncture, cupping and lymphatic drainage.

I offer packages to assist you in your journey back to health. If you have been in pain for a long time, it’s going to take time and commitment to start seeing results, however I am here to guide you through the process, to help you break free from the cycle of pain for the longer term.
