Third steps, It become HOLISTIC ideas because my goal and aimed here is not just one person can or a person who has a health concerned or focus to one person that can have everything but to think about each of us can have without any one left behind on this book i wrote.

Fourth steps, Commentators is always there to say what they think is right but in my own perception are to think about "Reality and logical ideas".

Fifth steps, To helped not just i think about my own to make money from all of this people but to see how people embraced the truth and being healthy lifestyle with saving a lot of time and more optimistic about living in this planet.
