Slush 2025 is officially over. So I 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 share with you my TOP 3 biggest takeaway.

1. The AI Reality Check 

Everyone talks about AI, AI, AI, AI... and its potential... but very few get it right.

First, the strategy: Don't build tools that wait for users to prompt them. (90% of tools out there) You have so much data on your customers already, show them how they can leverage it! Top companies are using AI to prompt the user with high-value content. 

Second, the ethics: I was relieved to connect with the CEO & founder of Lake Coloring, Goran Ivašić, and share a core belief: AI is for enhancing, not replacing. Let the artists create; use AI to automate the boring, repetitive tasks. Wish we talked more about this topic at Slush this year. 

2. Positive Framing: ŌURA case study

Regardless of your role (Sales, Marketing, CS, UX, ...) you are a content creator. 
The secret to growth and retention? Make your content positively inspiring.
Oura didn't win by focusing on "Recovery" (reminding users they slept like sh*t). They focused on "Readiness." They changed the narrative to reinforce the positive. Users want to know how to win the day, not be scolded for the night before.

3. Spontaneity > Schedules 

Despite the heavy lineup of brilliant keynotes, the highest ROI for me came from the white space in my calendar. Bumping into old friends, talking to exsisting customers, meeting with strangers in the lunch line, and casual chat at the afterparty. I urge you to give it a try, they are so many brilliant minds at Slush to meet with!
