Busy Execs:
Stress isn’t just burning you out.
It’s actively storing fat in your belly.
Here's what's really happening (and how to fight it):

When you're stressed, your body releases cortisol (your stress hormone).

Cortisol dumps sugar into your bloodstream.

If I was 50 years old and wanted to get my athletic body back, I’d need to hear these harsh truths first:

1/

Your metabolism isn't slower because of age. It's slower because you lost 20-30% of your muscle mass sitting at a desk for 20 years.

Most office workers spend 6–10 hours/day hunched over a screen.

Lift 3x/week:

You don’t need a 5-7 day/week rotation.

Don’t be the guy who pays the bills now but misses the moments later.

Just 3-4x per week, 45 minutes each (That's all you need).
