Balfour Beatty Investments

•	Create, develop, deliver and measure a proactive marketing and communications plan in line with business strategy
•	Work closely with the CEO and senior management to highlight key events and produce strategic documents 
•	Work closely with the US communications and senior management team, providing guidance on key messaging for internal communications campaigns
•	Lead on a variety internal and external communications projects ensuring all activity is co-ordinated and fits the projects’ aims and objectives
•	Write and edit a wide variety of communications materials, including newsletters, blogs, success stories, web content and press releases
•	Work closely with senior management and HR to support change across the business
•	Work closely with HR to monitor and drive employee engagement 
•	Oversee the company intranet regularly creating engaging content and ensuring it is a useful business tool 
•	Own and regularly review all communication channels, assessing how well they meet objectives and implementing new channels where necessary
