This is a bittersweet post to write.

After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to close Extra Mile early next year.

Building it has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my career and life.
It taught me what it really feels like to build without a brand behind you. 
To sell, deliver, educate, and stand on your own — especially in a market as diverse and demanding as the UAE.

There were proud moments.
There were challenges I didn’t see coming.

And there were lessons I’ll carry for a very long time:
• That credibility is earned one conversation at a time  
• That not every client is the right client  
• And that entrepreneurship forces a level of clarity you can’t get anywhere else

But over the last months, something shifted.
I realised this chapter had done its job.
I had reached the limit of what Extra Mile was meant to teach me — and a new path was quietly taking shape.

So yes, I’m closing Extra Mile.
Not because it didn’t work.
But because my next step requires all of me.

I won’t reveal the details yet.
But it’s a move that blends everything I’ve built so far — sales, marketing, operations — into a role with more impact, more responsibility, and more growth than I’ve had in years.

For now, I simply want to say thank you...

A coach from CCL once told me the only conference that consistently filled rooms with C-suites was about… getting things done.

Not strategy.  
Not leadership.  
Not innovation.

Time.

Because without control of your time, you can’t control anything else.

The mistake?  
We treat planning like overhead.  
We treat action like progress.  
But without a map, “action” is just movement.

Try these 5 shifts:

1) Track your time for one week — the truth is eye-opening.  
      → Clockify was amazing for me and it is free

2) Block calendar slots for what actually matters.  

3) Protect daily and weekly review rituals.  

4) Rebuild your to-do workflow with GTM methodology instead of carrying yesterday forward.  

5) Prioritise using the Eisenhower matrix — no excuses.

If you want to think long-term, start managing short-term with intent.

In short, your company page is almost completely invisible.

• Focus your content on personal profiles (yours and your leadership team’s).
• Lead with people, not stock images or corporate branding.
• Share stories, experiences, insights from your individual profile, way more frequently than you do on your company page.
