I began my journey with a deep interest in psychology and human behavior, and over time built a leadership ecosystem that empowers individuals to rise in their careers through stronger communication intelligence and inner awareness. 

My background includes a Doctorate in Psychotherapy & Counseling, certification from the American Psychological Association, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming training to help in establishing the foundations that guide the science-based, practical approach I use with leaders today.

I work with senior and mid-level professionals who want more than technical success and are looking to be the influence, respect, and a voice that is recognized in high-stakes environments.
