For more than 16 years, my work has centered on one mission: helping professionals communicate with clarity, connect with confidence, and lead with presence. 

I began my journey with a deep interest in psychology and human behavior, and over time built a leadership ecosystem that empowers individuals to rise in their careers through stronger communication intelligence and inner awareness. 

My background includes a Doctorate in Psychotherapy & Counseling, certification from the American Psychological Association, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming training to help in establishing the foundations that guide the science-based, practical approach I use with leaders today.

I work with senior and mid-level professionals who want more than technical success and are looking to be the influence, respect, and a voice that is recognized in high-stakes environments. Through my signature Zenith Communication Intelligence framework, I help them move past hesitation and into confident leadership by strengthening presence, decision-making clarity, and interpersonal dynamics. 

My work combines emotional intelligence, psychology, and real-world leadership behavior, enabling clients to not only speak well but to lead with intention and authenticity.

•	Monitored and evaluated the hospital’s performance in terms of inpatients and outpatients based on an Enterprise Resource Platform and analyzed the same, department wise to inform internal strategy for improvisation and planning a new setup.
•	Documented the hospital services provided for each of the eight departments along with the profiles of each of the specialists for the website, which did not have any content earlier.

•	Led three projects which included strengthening of the local council and building capacity of the communities to address development and health issues such as livelihood for women, malnutrition among women, adolescent girls and children below six years, sanitation and hygiene in over 200 villages in India. 
•	Managed 10 team members which included 2 project managers and 8 field coordinators to implement field activities and ensure expected objectives and outcomes are achieved. Conducted regular capacity building sessions to enhance their skills in community engagement.
•	Coordinated closely with the funders and donors and ensured project planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation as well as financial management as per the budget and timelines. Developed research strategies to assess the status of the program, make improvements and ensure evidence based policy decisions by key stakeholders.

I possess over 9 years of experience in the healthcare and non-profit domains in different capacities as project officer, project manager, program manager and program coordinator with a focus on planning, implementing, and evaluating programs as well as developing strong relationships with stakeholders. 
My experience, expertise in the healthcare domain and people skills in India and Africa with both government and private organizations have helped me deliver programs effectively and efficiently and influence change for varied communities.

Some project highlights which I have delivered: 
The supply chain capacity development project managed end to end focusing on development of eLearning courses for nurses and midwives working at the community level. 80% target population responded positively to the courses developed with a demand for more such courses, resulting in a successful pilot and thereby leading to wider roll out of the project in 5 African countries.

Drafted a new hospital plan based on the flow of inpatients and outpatients, which was presented to external investors and now the process for establishment of the new facility is underway.

Raised 25000 USD (2 million INR) during the pandemic to ensure access to nutrition and livelihood for vulnerable women groups and malnourished children in Thane, Maharashtra

Engaged more than 50 hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure HIV screening is prescribed for confirmed TB patients and achieved 45% HIV screening for Tb notified patients within 2 months of the project.

Collected and interpreted the nutritional and health parameters of children up to 14 years and developed nutrition strategies resulting in a 12 percent reduction in malnutrition.

Led and mentored a team of 35 block coordinators leading to better and regular reporting of the nutritional status of children across 1500 childcare centers.
