About Me 

I am Gurleen Kaur, founder of Zenith School of Leadership & Skills for Life Foundation, a Doctorate in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I have spent the last 15 years studying leadership, communication intelligence, emotional intelligence, and personal development with only one goal: to make consistent transformation practical, easy, and long-lasting. This expertise is what has allowed me to build my authority in this domain and train seasoned professionals, corporate leaders, and entrepreneurs in Fortune 100-500 companies to help them establish themselves as achievers in their respective fields.

My 5 Inner Intelligence Framework is a groundbreaking curriculum for Leadership, Communication, & Emotional Intelligence based on the 5 aspects leaders need to master to develop an all-encompassing skill set to join the 'League of the Top 2% Achievers'. Also, we launched our signature program, "Zenith 5Q Leadership Mastery," in 2010 by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the then-former President of India.
