I began my journey with a deep interest in psychology and human behavior, and over time built a leadership ecosystem that empowers individuals to rise in their careers through stronger communication intelligence and inner awareness. 

My background includes a Doctorate in Psychotherapy & Counseling, certification from the American Psychological Association, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming training to help in establishing the foundations that guide the science-based, practical approach I use with leaders today.

I work with senior and mid-level professionals who want more than technical success and are looking to be the influence, respect, and a voice that is recognized in high-stakes environments. Through my signature Zenith Communication Intelligence framework, I help them move past hesitation and into confident leadership by strengthening presence, decision-making clarity, and interpersonal dynamics.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Technical Writing (PGDTW) from Symbiosis in Pune, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) in Marketing Management from the All India Management Association (AIMA) in Bangalore, and a Master's degree in Science (MSc) from Calcutta University. I have extensive experience in web content writing, technical product documentation, digital marketing, and blogging in the IT and software domain.

During my management program at IBMR, Bangalore (2006-2008), I consistently topped my semesters and received a Gold Medal.

Before joining Ericsson, I worked as a Senior Technical and Web Marketing Writer for Kovair Software and as a Content team leader for Softz Solutions. Prior to Kovair, I worked with Softz Solutions for 4 years and 8 months, managing content and digital marketing teams as well as client deliveries. I also worked with Cyber Media India Online Ltd. (CIOL) and Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd. in Bangalore.

I am passionate about continuous learning, travel, business networking, and staying updated on telecom and software developments.
