I was a CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist at Upseller, a B2B SaaS high-tech company. I’m a Marketing Manager at Seppo.io, a company providing high-tech communication solutions for B2B clients.

As Head of Marketing I lead the Group Marketing team in Kuala Lumpur and I'm responsible for Management Event’s branding and lead generation globally. In addition, our Marketing Studio team aligns with and supports our sales, customer success and event teams to deliver a world-class experience to our customers.

Coached teamleads, reviewed target setting, reporting, rewarding models and resourcing for a team of lead generation specialists in Manila. Acted as main POC for the BPO partner and Sales and Customer Delivery stakeholders.  

Led the Manila-based Marketing Service Center that consisted of graphic designers, video editors and content writers. Improved service levels for delivery of sales support materials and event collateral through process optimization. 

Supported line management to align software development and business processes as Member of the Matrix Steering Group. Participated in sprint planning and supported line management with user stories and planning roll outs.
