In charge of change process of a tailored software. Tasks included defining functional requirements, supervising contractor relation, and participating to go-live process.

Financial management re-engineering
In charge of preliminary study of financial management reengineering. Project started with assessing the current processes to find out the bottle necks and risk. Next task was to define target processes and to conduct a gap analyses.

Toastmasters Finland

Helped to set up the first ever Toastmasters Club in Finland: Helsinki Toastmasters.
Mentored two new clubs Tampere Toastmasters and Stadi Talkers Clubs.
