→ Shift from performance to partnership.

Stop trying to be the perfect answer.
Start being the strategic solution.

A few years ago, I hit a wall.

I learned this lesson later than I should have.

For years, I focused on building my skills and perfecting my work. 
I assumed opportunities would naturally come to anyone 
who was competent, consistent, and high-performing.
But that wasn’t the case.

I had the capability.
I had the results.
Yet I kept watching others advance faster.
