As an entrepreneur and digital expert, I help companies strategically and practically implement Artificial Intelligence. My goal is to make organizations truly capable of action – from the first training session to the productive use of custom AI assistants, automation, and data-driven workflows in everyday business.

I manage several companies in the fields of 3D, event, and digital technologies, where I have been turning emerging trends into successful business models for years. This experience forms the foundation of my current work in AI consulting and implementation, where technology is always a means to enhance efficiency, quality, and creativity.

As a board member of the Medienhafen Düsseldorf Business Network, I am committed to promoting innovation and digitalization in the region and connecting companies across industries.

I firmly believe that AI is no longer a topic of the future – it is the key competence of the present. My mission is to help companies build and sustainably apply this competence to create real value.

🎉 Persönliche Neuigkeit: Ich wurde gestern einstimmig zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden des MedienHafen Düsseldorf e.V. gewählt.

Es ist mir eine große Freude und Ehre, die Verantwortung von Christian Freiherr Goeler von Ravensburg zu übernehmen – der den Verein über viele Jahre mit beeindruckendem Einsatz, Herzblut und Ausdauer aufgebaut und maßgeblich geprägt hat.
Lieber Christian: Danke für alles, was du für den MedienHafen Düsseldorf e.V. geschaffen hast.

Gleichzeitig verabschieden wir Peter Toffel, der ebenfalls aus dem Vorstand ausscheidet. Auch dir, Peter, vielen Dank für dein Engagement und deinen Einsatz.

𝐎𝐌𝐆 – 𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐧!



Diesen Satz hat eine Teilnehmerin auf 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐚 rausgehauen – in dem Moment, als ein 𝐊𝐈‑𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 ihr eine Aufgabe abgenommen hat, die sie bisher 𝐣𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐥 gemacht hat. Und ja: Genau für solche Momente mache ich KI-Workshops.

Ich war bei apm auf Mallorca (Immobilienunternehmen) – 𝟕 𝐓𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞, einmal quer durch die Rollen: Geschäftsführung, Projekt/Backoffice, Marketing/Vertrieb. Ziel: KI nicht „mal ausprobieren“, sondern so nutzen, dass sie 𝐚𝐛 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧 wirklich Arbeit spart.

Was wir in einem intensiven Praxis-Tag gemacht haben:

𝟏) 𝐊𝐈 𝐠𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬ä𝐭𝐳𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧
• Was generative KI kann (und was nicht)  
• Warum Modelle manchmal „halluzinieren“  
• Wie man Ergebnisse prüft, statt sie blind zu übernehmen

𝟐) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐝𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐫𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐭
• Rolle, Ziel, Kontext, Format, Tonalität: sauber briefen  
• Beispiele geben (In‑Context)  
• Iterativ verbessern: Varianten erzeugen, vergleichen, kombinieren

𝟑) 𝐕𝐨𝐧 „𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭“ 𝐳𝐮 𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬
Wir haben wiederkehrende Aufgaben identifiziert und in 𝐊𝐈‑𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧 übersetzt – z. B.:  
• Texte/Exposés aus Fact-Sheets strukturieren  
• Angebots- und Dokumentenvergleiche  
• Auswertungen/Abweichungen verständlich zusammenfassen  
• „Zweiter Blick“ für Marketingtexte (kritisch, aber hilfreich)

𝟒) 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐳 & 𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐳𝐮𝐧𝐠
Was darf rein, was nicht? Wie anonymisiert man Daten sinnvoll? Welche Leitplanken braucht ein Team, damit KI produktiv 𝑢𝑛𝑑 sauber eingesetzt wird?

Das Beste: Es blieb nicht bei Demos. Am Ende hatte jede:r ein klares Commitment: 𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐳𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐮𝐦𝐳𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐳𝐞𝐧 – damit der Nutzen nicht im Workshopraum bleibt, sondern im Alltag ankommt.

Motivation is a scam.

Relying on it, is like relying on the weather app to decide if you’ll show up.
One day it’s “sunny.”
Next day it’s “low energy, try again tomorrow.”

I’ve stopped negotiating with my mood.

Whatever the goal is: sales, fitness, content- I don’t wait to feel ready.
I stick to my daily activity.

If I hit the reps, I’m proud.
Even if the outcome isn’t immediate.
Because when the process is dialed in, success becomes inevitable.

Most people do it backwards:
80% contemplating, planning, waiting for the spark.
20% executing.

Nahh, I’m not falling in this trap. It’s-
20% strategy.
80% non-stop action.

More volume. More reps.
Adjust on the go, instead of overthinking every step.

Confident people lift you up. 
Successful people open doors.
Disciplined people share their routines.

People who actually have something going for them,
don't have time or desire to bring others down.

They're too busy building.

The most judgmental people are usually the most passive ones.

The ones who've never risked anything.
Never “embarrassed” themselves trying.

That's not criticism. I call this noise from the sidelines.
So what are you actually afraid of?

Their opinion costs them nothing.
Your silence costs you everything.

Keep going.
The people who matter are rooting for you.

The daily struggle of choosing punctuation in emails

Perfectionism is a prison. 

School taught us to worship the perfect score.
Don’t make mistakes. Don’t submit until it’s flawless.
I bought into that for years...

But real life isn’t a test with one perfect answer.
Success doesn’t reward endless polishing.

Obsessing over quality is just the mask, I’ve realized.
What’s really driving it is fear.
Fear of being judged.
Fear someone will comment “cringe”.

What matters is movement.
Quantity actually accelerates quality.
Reps create clarity. 

Yes, standards matter (not saying you should deliver half-baked goods)
But not before consistency.

Momentum beats perfection every 👏🏻 freaking 👏🏻 time.

Buyer: "We don't have the budget"

Which many times just means "I don't see the value". ⬇️

Buyer: "your competitor is cheaper"

(Sometimes I do want to answer with option A though 🥸)

Buyer: "I'm not ready yet" 

which usually just means it's not a priority as we haven't established enough value and urgency.

Buyer on first call: “no budget”
Most sellers: “ok bye”

Big mistake.

Budgets aren’t hard facts. 
They’re ceilings made of paper mostly.

Because priorities change.
Fast.

When the pain is sharp enough.
When the cost of doing nothing is loud…

Budgets are found. 

In one of my previous companies the tech was so new,
almost no one had budgets for its category.
90% cold as ice outbound. 

But many of our deals moved from ZERO to closed within 1-2 months. 

Because we built up the case.
We showed proof.
We created internal momentum with the right contacts. 

So I lead with this qualification question instead:
Is the problem deep enough to earn a priority shift?

Buyer: "I'm just researching"

Your response?

Chasing balance is what led me to burnout.


For years, I was trying to hit every item
on my balanced life sheet daily.

Work, side hustles, dancing, social life, family,
enough sleep, sauna, and a lot more.

Balance felt like a badge of honor. 

But most days, I went to sleep frustrated
because I had not managed to get to everything.

“I need to do more"
“I need to manage my time better”
(my calendar had 0 free slots)

Fast forward to a major burnout...
It was time for a drastic shift.

So, I dropped the whole balance system,
and started looking for *harmony* instead.

If I gave my energy to what mattered most that day,
that's enough.

And now actually, my progress is faster.
Sometimes growth needs imbalance.
And I stopped judging myself for that. 

Has aiming for balance every day actually worked for you?

Every time you hesitate, someone less talented takes your spot.

The world rewards audacity. Not potential.

And I had to learn that the hard way.

I used to be my own harshest critic.
Convinced that if it wasn't perfect,
it wasn't worth putting out.

Editing and re-editing a post for hours. Then not posting it at all.
Reworking projects that never even got shipped. 

But the higher I climbed, the more I realized-
The people winning aren't always the most talented ones in the room.

Nope.

They're the most visible.
The most consistent.
The most willing to look “cringe” before they make it. 

The world can't reward what it can't see.

So if you're sitting on an idea, a business, a post, a pitch…
stop waiting to feel ready. Go loud. Go before you're sure.

Done and visible beats perfect and hidden. Every single time.
