Aim: Building a Competitive Intelligence Engine: Web Scraping, Computer Vision, and AI-powered product matching.

This project focused on constructing a comprehensive competitive intelligence system. Leveraging web crawlers for multi-layered data extraction, I implemented a VGG16-based product matching model within TensorFlow, fine-tuned on our dataset. This achieved a 70% match coverage, Helped stake holder in deriving new marketing strategies and cohort of customers to target.

Tech Stack: Python, Tensorflow, Transferlearning, Image Data Preprocessing, Web Crawler(made from scratch) using Selenium and Beautiful soup.
